Obstruction of Duty, Prizren-Dragash, 9.2.2025

During the election day coverage, Klan Kosova journalists faced obstruction while carrying out their duties. In two instances, journalists Qëndresa Tërshani and Sala Gashi were subjected to verbal abuse, insults, and offensive language. In the first case, the journalist was obstructed at a voting center in Dragash. She was confronted with discriminatory, gender-based insults such as "the girl from Serbia," "wh**e," and "you are sold out." The second case occurred during the celebration of the Self-Determination Movement (Vetëvendosje) in Prizren, where the reporting also became challenging due to verbal harassment.
