Attacks on Media and Media Organizations, Pristina, January 14, 2025
The Association of Journalists of Kosovo condemns the series of online attacks against journalists from the media outlet “Betimi për Drejtësi,” Betim Musliu and Diellza Luzha.
Both journalists have filed a criminal complaint against three online pages on social networks due to continuous attacks and harassment. According to the “Betimi për Drejtësi” team, the defamatory and slanderous attacks followed the publication of their investigative report, "The Departure of Doctors from Public Hospitals During Working Hours."
AJK considers such attacks against journalists unacceptable, as they negatively impact their professional work.
